We've kept the price the same as Ash BUT we only have 40 Prince Size Crates, so it will be on a 1st Come Basis

We hope that if enough customers like Hornbeam we will stock it as a regular product but it seems its pretty rare.

 

Hornbeam is a very dense hard firewood, which in turn means that it burns very slowly. It is not as well known in the UK as other similar wood species such as Oak and Ash, but it is a premium firewood. If you find that you are refuelling the fire too often, hornbeam is definitely the product to try.

Hornbeam lights like Ash but lasts longer than Oak or Ash and has a higher heat output, meaning you burn less.
