Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the haulier. Standard deliveries are done on an 18 tonne vehicle measuring 2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long (including the tail lift). The delivery onto the property will be done on a pallet pump truck if possible and at the discretion of the haulier.

Our deliveries are carried out on a vehicle similar in size to a refuse vehicle and overhanging branches, narrow roads, uneven roads and anything else that may prohibit the driver from getting to your property or completing the delivery need to be taken into account for restricted access. You must make us aware upon ordering if your property may be difficult to reach, or if a large lorry cannot access your property as we may be able to request a smaller vehicle. Please note that delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the driver/haulier on the day.

We take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, please note that all exchanges and returns will be subject to the product being returned in the same condition it was received in. You will also be liable for the cost of the transport for the product to come back to us. Due to the size and nature of our products, once an order has shipped, the order cannot be amended, you will have to request an exchange or return.
